Our condo is located on the Atlantic side (no bugs!), of Key Colony Beach in the heart of the beautiful Florida Keys. Key Colony Beach is a peaceful, serene community known for its white sandy beaches and crystal clear turquoise ocean. Guests enjoy one of the few private fishing piers on the Key, a large private white sand beach, and a beautiful heated pool with grill. The Town of Key Colony Beach is located on an island directly off The Sadowski Causeway from the Town of Marathon.
Our cozy condo features a complete kitchen, beautiful family room with two seating areas allowing a fabulous view the pool and ocean from the giant bay window! Each bedroom has it's own full bath. The Master bedroom has custom built-in cabinetry and a small office space. The second bedroom has a queen bed, a new bunk bed with a trundle that sleeps three, along with custom built-in cabinetry. There is a walk-in closet with an all-in-one ventless washer/dryer. Drop your laundry in and go have fun in the sun, returning to clean, dry clothes. The furnishings include cable TV, and free WiFi. (Pack and Play available upon request).
Our condo is on the ground level. Exit the condo to a small private patio, pool, and out to the beach and fishing pier. The property is uncrowded with only 36 condos on a picturesque, manicured landscape. A full time on-site manager is available to assist you with your stay. This is a great place to stay. It is very family friendly and the grounds staff is outstanding. The sunsets are gorgeous. The children love to look for creatures in the sand on the beach or fish off the pier, which is fantastic!. After fishing or lobstering out on the water all day, we love to go for a swim in the pool, and grill at night. There are so many inviting get-aways in Key Colony and Marathon.
